We have a new opportunity for a Part‑Time Security Officer working overnight on Monday and Tuesday. This position is part‑time 23 hours per week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 pm to 7:30 am with a pay range of $10–$20 per hour. Paid Time off, holidays, and sick time are available.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a daily log with hourly notations.
- Ensure visitors sign in and provide picture identification.
- Assist residents with maintenance concerns; complete work orders and give them to the maintenance department.
- Contact appropriate individuals for emergencies.
- Assist governmental agencies (fire, police) as needed.
Understanding of fire alarm systems, emergency call systems, entrance doors, gates, telephone system, and paging systems.
BenefitsPaid Time off, holidays, and sick time available. Compensation ranges from $10–$20 per hour, with 23 hours per week at part‑time. Overnight shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 pm to 7:30 am.
