Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe the movement of employees, visitors, and delivery drivers to help to support site rules, visitor processing, and/or property control practices;
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy issues to the appropriate personnel
