Position Overview

Security Officer (Iron Rock Security) – Point Pleasant, NJ. $18.50/hour. The role involves overseeing security operations at a luxury residential site. Requires a strong presence, excellent communication, prior access control experience; the guard helps ensure coverage, supports fellow officers, and maintains a safe environment. Leadership opportunities are available.

• Manage and monitor access control points
• Conduct regular patrols of the residential property
• Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and customer‑friendly presence
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

• Previous security experience required
• Access control experience required
• Valid driver's license (required for mobile patrols)
• Strong communication and report‑writing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• $18.50/hour
• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
