Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access to the location by observing foot traffic, checking authorized entry points, and documenting security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or incident details;
Support a respectful environment within the shelter setting by using de-escalation techniques, providing clear directions, and reporting resident and/or visitor concerns to appropriate personnel
