Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help deter unauthorized access at the location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to property protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter;
Document daily activities, access-related events, and unusual conditions, and communicate security-related information to property contacts and Allied Universal leadership
