Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.;
Complete detailed reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
