Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Verification in Florence, NJ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial services location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting entries, incidents, and observations as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate clearly with site representatives, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, concerns, and daily activities.

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
