As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk in Bloomsbury, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence, assisting visitors, managing access, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will help create a positive experience through clear communication and exceptional customer service while supporting a caring environment.

• Provide customer service at a healthcare facility front desk by greeting visitors, patients, vendors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining access records, and following site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry points, access control systems, and security-related communications, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support a professional healthcare environment by providing directions, answering routine inquiries, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
