We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. This is a physically active, outdoor position perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference in people’s homes and businesses.

• Perform a variety of exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including:
  • Window Cleaning (interior & exterior)
  • Pressure Washing (Houses, Patios, Decks etc.)
  • Gutter Cleaning & Flushing
  • Window Tinting & Filming application (if trained)
  • Holiday Lighting
• Operate and maintain tools, ladders, pressure washers, and company vehicles
• Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer service-related questions
• Promote Window Genie’s additional services during customer visits
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Complete job reports and process customer payments as needed

• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops (up to 3 stories)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Experience in exterior cleaning, home services, or general labor is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Physical work involving ladders, equipment, and manual labor
• Training provided; no prior experience required

• Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour
• Opportunities for advancement and cross-training

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional Weekends (as needed)
