We are hiring immediately for a full‑time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) for a mobile service unit. This role is critical to our mission and offers up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Maintain and repair aircraft, diagnose mechanical issues, and coordinate with crew and customers.
• Assist the lead mechanic and ensure customer satisfaction while keeping the service vehicle in top condition.
• Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on various aircraft models, including disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly and adjustment of aircraft systems.
• Check, correct or replace complex aircraft assemblies and systems, ensuring compliance with FAR 43 requirements.
• Order and obtain necessary parts, returning cores per procedure.
• Ensure all maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations or specialized services comply with Quality Control procedures while monitoring and correcting unsafe acts.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer expectations, assisting mechanics and avionics technicians as needed.
• Assist the Lead MST in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing equipment and tooling in the mobile service vehicle, ensuring safe operating condition.

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P License required.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures set forth in FAR Part 145 required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.
• Experience on Cessna, Beechcraft, or Hawker aircraft preferred.

At Textron Aviation, base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards package and is determined within a range based on experience, qualifications, and location. Pay range for this position is $48.30 - $60.85 per hour in compliance with the local pay transparency law.
