Fire Alarm Service and Inspection CoordinatorResponsible for managing service calls, inspections, and maintenance activities for fire alarm systems. Ensures timely response, efficient scheduling, and high-quality customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for inspections, service calls, and emergency requests.
- Manage incoming service requests via phone and email.
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and customer needs.
- Coordinate recurring inspections and ensure compliance with inspection schedules.
- Track open service tickets and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service status.
- Review technician reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with quoting repairs and deficiencies identified during inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation for billing and compliance.
- Maintain customer records and service history.
- 2–5 years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or the alarm industry preferred.
- Familiarity with fire alarm inspection and service processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with service management software (Sedona, Service Trade, or similar) preferred.
$25 to $30 hourly based on experience.
