Fire Alarm Service and Inspection Coordinator

Responsible for managing service calls, inspections, and maintenance activities for fire alarm systems. Ensures timely response, efficient scheduling, and high-quality customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for inspections, service calls, and emergency requests.
  • Manage incoming service requests via phone and email.
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and customer needs.
  • Coordinate recurring inspections and ensure compliance with inspection schedules.
  • Track open service tickets and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service status.
  • Review technician reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with quoting repairs and deficiencies identified during inspections.
  • Ensure proper documentation for billing and compliance.
  • Maintain customer records and service history.
Education / Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or the alarm industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with fire alarm inspection and service processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with service management software (Sedona, Service Trade, or similar) preferred.
Pay

$25 to $30 hourly based on experience.
