Entry‑Level Restoration Technician
Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Annually
Full‑Time | New Jersey
$20–$25/hour + Overtime & On‑Call Opportunities
Northeast Power Dry is a 24/7 emergency restoration company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build a long‑term career in a fast‑paced, hands‑on industry.
No restoration experience? No problem. We provide paid training and opportunities for advancement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem‑solving, helping people during stressful situations, and working as part of a team.

- Company vehicle and equipment for eligible roles
- Respond to residential and commercial emergency service calls
- Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and cleanup services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Remove damaged materials safely and efficiently
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Support Crew Chiefs and other technicians on job sites
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency response
- Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team
- Good communication and customer service skill
- Construction, demolition, restoration, plumbing, or carpentry experience
- General labor or physically demanding work experience
- IICRC certifications
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
