Pay & Benefits

As a Residential Plumber, you'll diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering professional customer service in the field.
Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnose residential plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements
- Service water heaters, drain systems, fixtures, and residential plumbing components
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain company vehicle inventory and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit
- Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment
- Field service environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, debris, and plumbing-related environments
- Exposure to sounds associated with power tools and plumbing equipment
- Local travel required throughout assigned service territory
- Ability to work extended hours, including occasional evening shifts as needed

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Residential service plumbing background
- Water heater, drain, and sewer experience
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Team-oriented mindset and dependable attendance
$28-42/hour based on experience
