Job DescriptionWindow Genie of Northwest NJ is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Service Technician. This is a physically active, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including:
- Pressure washing (Homes, Patios, Decks, etc.)
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and flushing
- Window tinting and film application (training provided)
- Holiday light and permanent light installation
Operate ladders, pressure washers, tools, and company vehicles
Complete jobs according to company standards
Communicate professionally with customers
Recommend additional services when appropriate
Follow all company safety procedures
Maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops (up to 3 stories)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Experience in exterior cleaning, home services, or general labor is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Physical work involving ladders, equipment, and manual labor
- Training provided; no prior experience required
- Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour
- Tips and overtime opportunities
- Opportunities for advancement and cross‑training
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Weekends (as needed)
