Responsibilities will include performing work on a variety of general tasks. These tasks include loading and unloading materials, building fences of all materials, driving forklifts and Bobcats, using construction tools such as saws and drills. You must also be prepared to work in different types of weather conditions. Our ideal candidate has some construction experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

• Preparing materials, tools, and equipment at the site
• Consulting team leaders and managers on daily plans
• Following instructions and using tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• Completing all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Aiding co‑workers as needed
• Cleaning and clearing debris and hazardous materials
• Ensuring equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
• Having some experience in construction (preferred)
• Being able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Being able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Having good communication skills

Compensation: $18.00 per hour to start; $19 after 90 days
