BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained residential community in Plainsboro Township, NJ. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional looking for stable weekday hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes and common areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry
• Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready, including turns and preventive maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and onsite staff

Qualifications:

• Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
