Compensation

$17.00 to $25.00 per hour + bonus opportunities!

• Diagnosing HVAC issues: no heat, no AC, insufficient cooling, fan only, loud noises from unit, leaks around unit, etc.
• Selling repairs or replacements of furnaces, boilers, condensers, package units, coils, humidifiers, water heaters, circulators, zone controls, heat pumps, air handlers, etc.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of installs that you sold.
• Communicating with customers, co‑workers, managers, and vendors.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck that you are provided to take home.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the trade.
• A positive attitude with willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.
• A deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
• The ability to treat your time in our client’s home as an invited guest.
• Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it.

• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
