Location: Babbitt
We are seeking a skilled Permanent Installer to support our custom, permanent drapery track installations. This role is ideal for individuals with construction, carpentry, or event installation experience who are comfortable using power tools and working manent Installers are responsible for the installation of permanent drapery track systems in venues such as theaters, studios, event spaces, and commercial environments. This role requires technical skill, precision, and strict adherence to safety standards while working with ladders, lifts, and power tools.
Key Responsibilities- Install permanent drapery track systems according to project specifications and company standards
- Measure, layout, and mount track systems to ceilings, walls, or structural supports
- Safely operate power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.)
- Work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to install overhead systems
- Ensure all installations are level, secure, and properly aligned
- Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Communicate clearly with team leads and project managers
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site

- Experience with installation work, construction, carpentry, or similar field required
- Strong working knowledge of power tools is required
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts
- Ability to lift 50–65 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
- Experience with drapery track systems or event installations
- OSHA safety training or lift certifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Scheduled based on project-by-project need
- Work performed at client sites such as theaters, studios, hospitality venues, and commercial buildings
- Physical work in active construction or event environments
- Required to wear appropriate work attire (black or neutral workwear; PPE as required)
