Efficient Air Service in Riverdale, NJ is looking for a full-time HVAC Tech to join our team.

You will work full-time, all year long
. Our schedule is steady, and you won't have to worry about being laid off during slow seasons. You'll have a regular routine and reliable hours.

• Several years of residential HVAC service experience and the technical skills to prove it
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems
• Sales savvy and comfortable talking money and value, and you know how to close upgrades
• Strong communication skills and a "get things done" attitude
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and building trust
• Driven to win and advance within a fast-growing company

This is a steady, year-round job where you can earn up to $150,000 per year (base pay plus bonuses). We also offer an excellent benefits package

As an HVAC Tech, you will spend your day helping customers with their heating and cooling systems. You will figure out what's wrong, make repairs, and keep systems running smoothly. You'll talk with homeowners, answer their questions, and explain their options in simple terms. When you see chances to help customers with upgrades or add-ons, you'll let them know.
