- Install Helpers / Seconds

Responsibilities Lead Installer Responsibilities- Install residential HVAC systems safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards for workmanship and job quality
- Lead installation jobs professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
- Carry materials and prepare work areas
- Learn installation procedures and industry best practices
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support the crew throughout the installation process
All team members are expected to follow company safety standards, maintain professionalism, and contribute positively to the team environment.
Qualifications- HVAC installation experience minimum 2 years
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in varying conditions
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders - Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- EPA Certification required
