Mill Gardens at Midland Park is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the residence is well-maintained and safe for residents. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of general maintenance experience, with an extensive understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities include carrying out preventative maintenance, responding to resident requests, and preparing apartments for new residents. A High School Diploma is required, with CHESP certification preferred.
