This role is responsible for the maintenance of our property and the landscaping of outdoor areas and facilities. The employee will maintain the property's upkeep, cleanliness, and physical landscape, including gardens, lawns, flowers, trees/shrubbery, pathways, fences, and the tools and equipment used.

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems
• Perform carpentry duties
• Use hand tools
• Handle minor painting tasks
• Clean carpets, manage landscaping, and conduct grounds cleanup
• Maintain swimming pools

• Prior experience with plumbing
• Prior experience with carpentry
• Prior experience with hand tools
• Prior experience with minor painting

Standing, squatting, lifting up to 50+ lbs, kneeling, bending, carrying, climbing ladders, steps, and working overhead.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Weekend availability
