Position OverviewWe’re looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a crucial part in keeping our technicians equipped and ready to serve customers.
This position offers flexibility:

- Transition into a paid HVAC or Plumbing Apprenticeship program

Key Responsibilities- Order and track parts, materials, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock organization
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
- Deliver parts and equipment to technicians in the field
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Coordinate with service and install teams to meet daily needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills (inventory/order tracking systems a plus)
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and proactive mindset
- Interest in learning HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades (a plus!)
