Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices;
Maintain and manage tool inventory in the tool rental department;
Provide service to store customers in Tool Rental and demonstrate proper use of tools;
Write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and repairs;
Test repaired units for quality before returning to the store
