AION Management is seeking a Service Technician I to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal and quality apartment homes. You will respond to customer service requests and assist with refurbishments per company standards.
Under supervision, you will walk the property, address safety concerns, and maintain task records. A valid driver’s license and 1 year of maintenance experience are required; CFC I & II is a plus.
