We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Estate Property Manager / Caretaker to oversee the daily care and operation of a private estate. Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds, landscaping, and overall presentation of the estate to a high standard
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and light construction projects
- Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, and painting tasks with confidence
- Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address issues
- Coordinate and manage outside contractors when needed
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and landscaping machinery
- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance needs and unexpected situations
- Assist owners with upkeep of estate as well as other issues that arise.
- Experience maintaining residential or estate properties preferred
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
