Industrial Construction Site Supervisor

Overview

EMSCO Installations, a division of EMSCO Inc. and one of the Inductotherm group of Companies with more than 50 technology-based firms worldwide, is responsible for installing and relocating large melting and heating equipment at customer sites. Our Construction Site Supervisors work as part of a team to complete the required civil, electrical, and mechanical requirements to bring the system into operation at locations around the country.

Collaborate with the project team to complete civil, electrical, and mechanical requirements and bring systems into operation at customer sites. Work as part of a team to ensure timely, safe, and compliant installation and relocation of equipment.

• Ability to assume responsibility for day-to-day operations in the field
• Communicate and manage subcontractors
• Ability to communicate information back to home office and carry out assignments
• Experience with customer interaction
• Good mechanical skills (Electrician skills not required but a plus)
• Able to travel for extended periods of time – projects range from 3 days to 3 months with home trips every other weekend
• Possess a high level of personal drive and enthusiasm to have project succeed
