SERVPRO Team Harvey is growing, and we're looking for a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration projects, support our field teams, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you have experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning services and enjoy leading people while solving problems, we'd love to meet you.
At SERVPRO Team Harvey, we proudly serve communities throughout Monmouth, Hudson, and Somerset Counties, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage losses.
What You'll DoAs a Restoration Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish while leading and supporting Restoration Technicians in the field.
Responsibilities- Lead restoration crews on water, fire, mold, and specialty cleaning projects
- Coordinate daily job activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain clear communication with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and clients
- Train, coach, and develop Restoration Technicians
- Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed accurately
- Document project progress, equipment usage, and services performed
- Maintain job files and project documentation
- Manage labor, equipment, and material usage on assigned projects
- Identify and address safety concerns on jobsites
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IICRC standards, and safety procedures
- Assist with vehicle, equipment, facility, and warehouse maintenance as needed
Communicate project updates and challenges to management and office staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, mitigation, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
- Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)
- Experience with water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, or reconstruction services
- Experience working with insurance claims and restoration documentation
- Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds independently
- Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
- Working in attics, crawlspaces, and active construction environments
- Exposure to varying temperatures, odors, dust, and environmental conditions
- Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
