Location: Branchburg Township
Newmark is seeking a Data Center Building Engineer/Electrician for its New Jersey data center. The role focuses on operating and maintaining critical electrical and mechanical systems, BAS, and fire protection to ensure continuous facility uptime.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of data center ops experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a preferred electricians license. Ability to read blueprints and work with CMMS is essential.
