CBRE - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive HVAC system maintenance, diagnose operational issues, and complete repairs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.;
Conduct inspections, identify potential system failures, and complete mechanical and electrical repairs following established procedures.;
Follow scheduled PM tasks across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.;
Document work through CMMS/work order systems and ensure timely completion.
