Job Summary
The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation and activities for the maintenance department team to ensure all equipment is operational.
Work ScheduleMonday‑Friday 4:00pm – 12:30am; weekend work on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities- Supervise the activities of all maintenance technicians including task assignment, coordination with other departments, and training.
- Review staff activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of work performed.
- Serve as the shift’s emergency maintenance contact for production and engineering personnel.
- Communicate daily status of all work completed or in progress to the Maintenance Manager and the emergency maintenance staff.
- Ensure staff adheres to all environmental, safety, and health policies, plans, and procedures.
- Complete all departmental documentation neatly, accurately, and timely.
- Schedule, supervise, and assist with projects on assigned weekends.
- Perform other related duties as requested by Management and deemed necessary.
- Read, write, and communicate in English to the level necessary for the job.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot control circuits.
- Use various tools, including hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Follow technical data and instructions such as operation manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50pounds without strain.
- Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills.
- 3 years of preventative maintenance, repair, and/or installation of industrial/commercial electro‑mechanical equipment.
- Experience in trades such as electrical, mechanical, electronics, HVAC, plumbing, and welding.
- Licensing and journeyman status is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Benefits begin on the first of the month following the date of hire. Compensation for this role ranges from $78,953 to $131,589 depending on experience, certifications, and other factors. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus, a shift premium for alternative shift assignments, and a potential company bonus based on position assignment.
