Location: Clinton
Laborer – Department of Public Works
Position: Laborer – full‑time position in the Department of Public Works.
Responsibilities- Buildings and ground maintenance, grass cutting, road maintenance, snow plowing, leaf collection, and paving.
- Perform manual labor under all weather conditions and follow verbal instructions.
- Safely operate grass cutting equipment, chainsaws, chippers, snow blowers, leaf machines, and similar equipment as directed.
- Be available to work overtime as needed, including holidays and weekends.
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Salary range $45,000 to $55,000 DOQE.
