CBRE - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive HVAC system maintenance, diagnose operational issues, and complete repairs;
Conduct inspections, identify potential system failures, and complete mechanical and electrical repairs;
Follow scheduled PM tasks across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems;
Document work through CMMS/work order systems and ensure timely completion;
Maintain and troubleshoot building systems to ensure reliable operation
