As our customer base continues to grow, we're seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and enjoys helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system evaluations
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer guidelines and residential code requirements
• Accurately complete service tickets and maintain organized documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked service vehicle
• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license (company policy requires technicians to be 21+)
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
