• Landscape construction or installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
• Valid driver s license preferred
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, or installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage, or planting is a plus
• Ability to work safely and as part of a professional team

Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, plus paid holidays, paid vacation, performance-based bonus opportunities, uniforms, continuing education, and opportunities for advancement.
