Maintenance Facilities Technician (1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed)

• We need a Maintenance Technician who is responsible for supporting building facility repairs and upkeep including but not limited to painting, drywall repair, light electrical work, light plumbing work, light grounds keeping, ect

• Along with adequate training and support from Maintenance Facility Manager complete tasks and work orders assigned.
• Utilize computer system for work orders
• Work with a mechanical aptitude to repair and install items
• Support 607 Heron Drive and 200 Progress Court locations
• You will work and communicate with others to ensure efficient and effective operations

• High School Education or GED
• Industrial Technical courses in Industrial Technology preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in construction, commercial or residential professional trades experience
• Must be able to complete tasks as in individual contributor
• Strong team player - good communication (written and verbal), with the ability to train others
• Boiler Black Seal High Pressure is PLUS!
