Burlington - - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to commercial facility equipment, mechanical systems, and structures;
Coordinate and execute all conference/event set-ups at Kingsbury, Burlington and Edgewater Park locations and assure all event furniture is in good repair and ready for use;
Perform exterior maintenance tasks such as painting, signage installation, storm inlet maintenance, concrete and asphalt repairs, exterior lighting maintenance, roof systems maintenance, fence repairs, associate moves, and grounds policing;
Respond to and assist in building emergencies such as plumbing leaks, power failures, fires;
Inspect commercial mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems and equipment for proper and safe operation
