Crew Leader, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee commercial landscape construction projects. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small crew installing hardscapes, plantings, irrigation, and site features for HOAs, resorts, commercial properties, and municipalities. Ensure work quality, safety, and productivity while operating equipment and reading basic plans. You'll train crew members, coordinate materials and equipment, and communicate with supervisors on schedules and site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape construction crew on commercial projects
• Install hardscapes, plantings, and landscape features
• Operate landscape and construction equipment safely
• Read and follow basic site plans and layouts
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and completion of daily tasks
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks
• Train and mentor crew members on tools and techniques
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Communicate project status and issues to supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
