Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Operate and maintain utility systems- including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and compressed air- to ensure continuous facility operations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure reliability and compliance
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance, including energy efficiency of ammonia compressors and boiler systems
- Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, including PSM/RMP documentation and GMP standards
- Coordinate internal and external resources to complete maintenance activities and support system uptime
- Support emergency response efforts involving hazardous materials and utility system failures
- Blue Seal
- Ammonia experience
- Boiler experience
