Leak Detection Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Water Leak Detection Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the plumbing industry and possess a strong work ethic.

• Leak detection on residential, commercial, and municipal plumbing and drain systems to diagnose the cause and origin of leaks and perform a full scope.
• Leak detection on residential, commercial, and municipal pools/spas to diagnose the cause and origin of leaks, including structural leaks.
• Communicate and work with management, colleagues, and customers.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Create well‑written and concise reports with pictures to effectively describe the leak issue.
• Possess strong verbal/customer service skills with the ability to communicate with customers under stressful circumstances.
• Have strong multi‑tasking and time management ability.
• Able to develop and maintain solid professional relationships.
• Available and willing to be on‑call, work nights, weekends, and holidays, and work long hours when necessary.
• Reliable, honest, and highly motivated to learn new things.
• Will be cross‑trained in other areas.
• We would be willing to train the right candidate.

• Plumbing, mechanical, electronic experience and construction background.
• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Background and drug testing as required by State and Federal law.
• MUST live within 30 minutes from 07726.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Friendly and outgoing, with a "can‑do" attitude.
• Punctual and reliable.
