Maintenance Mechanic (3rd shift 11pm-7am) – Swedesboro, NJ

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance on all mechanical conveyance systems. This role involves completing daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly work orders, as well as participating in occasional major projects.

• Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical conveyance systems.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant equipment.
• Complete scheduled work orders (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
• Participate in major projects as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to management.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Plant Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.

• Industrial plant setting.
• Exposure to various electrical systems and machinery.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
• Safety gear and protocols must be adhered to at all times.
