This is a full-time HVAC Tech position offering a consistent, year-round schedule serving customers throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We support our employees with weekly training and foster a professional environment focused on teamwork and personal growth.

• 1+ year(s) of experience as an HVAC Technician (3+ years preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 3+ year(s) of driving experience
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow through weekly training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive wage of $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience), a $1,500 signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package

As an HVAC Tech, you will represent Neil Slattery Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling in the field each day, providing essential services to residential customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing, installing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems. Each day will involve problem-solving, customer interaction, and collaboration with your team, all while maintaining the high standards of service our company is known for.
