Neil Slattery Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a dedicated,
full-time HVAC Installer to join our team in Farmingdale, NJ. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 – $25

BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLER

This is a full-time role with a consistent, reliable schedule designed to provide stability and year-round employment. You will work regular hours each week, allowing you to hone your skills and advance within the company.

THIS JOB

As an HVAC Installer, you will spend your days performing residential HVAC installations, service, and some sales duties. You will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality and safety while representing the company with professionalism in every customer's home. Problem-solving, clear communication, and attention to detail are essential as you handle daily tasks and collaborate with a knowledgeable team focused on excellent service and ongoing training.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (3+ years preferred)
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
3+ years of driving experience
Ability to take responsibility for decisions and work well under pressure
Skill in prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
Passion for quality control and thoroughness in every installation
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Must be able to pass a background check.
