Position Summary:

The A&P Line Services Technician performs inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications that keep Dynamic Aviation aircraft safe, compliant, and ready for assigned missions. This position works with maintenance, quality, flight operations, and engineering personnel to support aircraft reliability and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and component replacements in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, engineering instructions, and approved manufacturer data.
  • Perform aircraft arrival, departure, and transit checks and servicing as assigned.
  • Service aircraft in accordance with approved procedures, including fueling, lavatory servicing, oil replenishment, and tire and landing gear strut servicing.
  • Respond to aircraft-on-ground situations and complete maintenance within operational time constraints.
  • Diagnose aircraft discrepancies by inspecting aircraft structures, systems, and components.
  • Conduct operational, functional, corrosion, and other required inspections to identify cracks, leaks, distortion, wear, and other conditions that may affect airworthiness.
  • Remove, install, repair, rig, replace, and modify aircraft systems, structures, engines, and components using approved technical data, including engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, structural repair manuals, and service bulletins.
  • Review pilot discrepancy reports, maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, engineering orders, and FAA and manufacturer publications to determine appropriate maintenance actions.
  • Inspect completed work to confirm it meets regulatory, company, and quality requirements before the aircraft is returned to service.
  • Complete maintenance records, repair logs, reports, parts documentation, and other required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accountability for aircraft parts, tools, equipment, and consumable materials, and coordinate requests for items needed to complete assigned work.
  • Follow tool-control, foreign-object-debris prevention, hazardous-material handling, and workplace safety procedures; keep work areas clean and promptly report unsafe conditions.
  • Coordinate aircraft status, maintenance progress, and discrepancies with Maintenance Control, flight crews, operations personnel, the assigned Team Lead, and other maintenance team members.
  • Review required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Support the training and development of new mechanics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
  • Aircraft maintenance experience on King Air or other turbine aircraft.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, aircraft systems, and applicable FAA regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
  • Ability to use aircraft test equipment, calibrated tools, and standard maintenance tooling safely.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Part 91, Part 135, or Part 145 operations.
  • Experience with electronic maintenance tracking systems or enterprise resource planning software.
Additional Requirements
  • Lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Crawl in confined spaces and work at elevated heights.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, and work around aircraft for extended periods.
Working Conditions
  • The role requires frequent coordination with maintenance personnel, pilots, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Work is performed primarily in aircraft hangars, maintenance facilities, and outdoor flight line environments.
  • The position may be exposed to aircraft noise, moving equipment, chemicals, and changing weather conditions.
  • Evening, weekend, holiday, or overtime work may be required based on operational needs.
