Provides comprehensive employment services to clients.
Essential Functions- Assists clients/consumers in job development and career exploration.
- Completes job analysis and job matching.
- Provides job readiness and job search skills to clients.
- Completes comprehensive vocational assessments on clients.
- Completes an Individual Plan for Employment with client/consumer.
- May establish relationships with community colleges to assist with educational planning.
- Establishes relationships with community employers and may provide support.
- Manages caseload and provides support services to clients, including holding regular meetings and assisting with benefits planning.
- Meets with current and potential referral sources to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Interfaces with in‑house staff and outside agencies to facilitate vocational assistance (case managers, therapists, doctors, DVR, etc.).
- Maintains computer statistics for the NJ Training website.
- Enhances or expands existing services by making presentations to outside behavioral health programs.
- Documents client progress via statistics and monthly progress notes.
- Evaluates placement effectiveness and job satisfaction; makes recommended changes when appropriate.

Position RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- High School/GED + 5 years of related work or life experience; OR AA degree + 2 years of related work or life experience; OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with similar client/consumer population preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule may be required.
- Basic data entry and ability to develop online resources may be required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Ability to interface with business community.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Work Hours:
40. - Proposed Salary: $20 hourly.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
