Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide support and guidance to individuals and families in need. This role involves conducting assessments, providing non-clinical counseling, coordinating essential services, and offering crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will be experienced in community outreach, case management, and connecting clients with vital resources.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs
• Provide non-clinical counseling and supportive services under supervision
• Assist with case management, including coordinating services such as housing, food, and healthcare
• Work with families to improve living conditions and increase access to community resources
• Support individuals during crisis situations, including abuse, homelessness, or trauma
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans for clients and families
• Document client progress and maintain accurate case records in accordance with organizational policies

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related area in an acute care setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and manage sensitive cases
• Proficient in care planning and community resource coordination

• Experience in crisis intervention or working in community health settings

• Active LCSW or LMSW license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
