Substitute Food Service Worker

Part Time, Hourly

District Wide, School location to be determined.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide daily assistance to aid in the smooth operation of food services for students and staff.

• Must be familiar with Food Safety, Sanitation, Meal Preparation/Service
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act
• Successful Criminal History Clearance
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find acceptable.

Part Time Hourly Contract. Compensation and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable collective negotiations agreement.

$16 per hour, 3 hours daily (15 hours weekly).

Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Google Suite, IEP software program and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.
