Location: Neptune City
Monmouth County seeks an Employment Counselor to work through the Workforce Development Office (One Stop Career Center). The role focuses on guiding clients, coordinating with social service agencies, and placing individuals into suitable jobs.
The counselor will interview prospective clients, assist with certifications and applications, schedule testing, maintain records, and provide case management and job-search support. All positions are on site in New Jersey.
