Location: Springfield
The Arc of Union County is seeking an Employment Support Professional to assist vulnerable individuals in acquiring job‑readiness and community skills. Duties include supporting problem‑solving, social and daily living activities within agency centers or community sites.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, preferably an associate degree in a human service field, and a NJ driver’s license; familiarity with DVRs or Community Employment Services is a plus.
