Coordinate with referral agencies to facilitate admissions transfers to inpatient and/or outpatient continuum of care;
Facilitate all aspects of the assessment and admission process for patients seeking evaluation for psychiatric treatment;
Provide a comprehensive level of care assessment with a recommendation for treatment within the continuum of care;
Provide efficient handling of inquiry calls from referral sources, patients, and family members seeking treatment options;
Coordinate with insurance companies for authorizations of recommended treatment
